This varies from item to item, for most items we say allow between 2-4 weeks. However, most items will arrive with us before the 4 weeks. If you require your item urgently, please contact us and we can discuss stock levels of that item.

UK Shipping is free for orders over £40, for orders below this amount shipping is  £3.55. If more shipping is paid than required, we will refund you on fulfilment of your order.

We currently use royal mail tracked 48hr , if however, you have a preferred courier that you would rather we use please contact us and we would be happy to check rates

Unfortunately, embroidered/personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly before checkout. Items without embroidery/ personalisation can be returned within 7 days or can be exchanged within 14 days. Please note, you are responsible for all return/shipping costs and all items must be unworn and in the same condition as you received them in.

For custom embroidery please contact us with your chosen theme or design, and we would be happy to assist you further, and discuss outfit options in which to add your embroidery on to.
